How to Activate the Promise

  • Take a photo or video of the shrimp in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Contact us immediately with your order number and images.
  • Keep the shrimp in the original packaging until we confirm your claim.

  • Full replacement or store credit for any DOA shrimp.
  • Priority support for all guarantee claims.

What’s Not Covered

  • Carrier delays, weather‑related issues, or missed delivery attempts.
  • Packages left outside after delivery.
  • Shipping costs.
